I Know I Am Just Playing A Waiting Game Now

I know I am just playing a waiting game now to see if I am pregnant, but I wanted an insight to ease my mind. I have been on birth control for 2 years, most recently the Nuvaring. I removed my Nuvaring at the end of the 3rd week, had my period (4th week of protection), and then a week later I had vaginal intercourse. My partner withdrew well before ejaculation, and he had not ejaculated for many days previous. 5 days post-intercourse, I took a form of Plan B (a different brand name). I understand both the chances of sperm being present in the pre-cum as well as the lessened effect of the Emergency Contraception after the initial 72 hour period. Can I have an idea of the odds of pregnancy? Are there any other methods I can take to avoid implantation and contraception (Vitamin C intake, intense exercise, caffeine, anything)?
