I just stopped taking birth control pills 3 months ago. My husband and I want to try to get pregnant in a few months. Until we start trying, we have been using condoms every time we have sex. After coming off the pill, my period came back like normal, even on the date I expected it. It was a normal period length(about 4-5 days). I now was expecting my period 3 days ago, and I still have not got it. But I have been having menstrual cramps, just like I would typically have during my period. I even took a prenancy test yesterday, which came back negative.
Can you tell we what would be going on? I feel like I have my period, but without the bleeding.
