I just had two implants placed for teeth 18 and 19, before they were placed last week I noticed that tooth 20 had slight mobility; 20's root is and tooth are in good shape. My dentist said this is normal. I lost 19 six years ago and a mini implant was placed, a bone graft was not recommend because there was enough bone to place. Tooth 18 was lost due to a failed root canal that was done in May 2016, a bone graft was placed after the tooth was removed two months ago. I had SRP on the right side but not the left due to the complications with the root canal. After I have SRP on the left side and the implant for 19 intergrates will bone growth accur between 19 and 20 stabilizing the tooth or will I need to get a bone graft between 19 and 20? Will the implant for 19 need to be redone?
