I just had a painful esophageal incident. Severe pain in between the breasts. spread under to my arm. I had just swallowed a piece of banana. Are bananas a source of food not to eat with the experience of this esophagus problem? What other foods should I keep away from. Also, what can I do to prevent these attacks which a few and far between. I did deep breathing that helped. It is very debilitating when it happens.
