I just got through mowing my lawn. It took less than an hour but it's hot and humid in Arkansas and I also take adderall so I tend to get hot fairly quickly. I came inside and headed straight for an air vent to cool off. It feels like something is sticking me in my bellybutton but from the inside. It's not the worst pain I've ever felt but it's enough that its got me feeling very uncomfortable with. I've had plenty of liquids and it hasn't been very long since I ate. Its been about an hour and a half now and the pain hasn't gotten any worse but it hasn't gone away either. Should I get this checked out or maybe it's just part of being a 41 year old male?
