I Just Got My Results Back From A Echocardiogram. Can

I just got my results back from a echocardiogram. Can anyone explain what they mean?

Rhythm: Sinus tachycardia HR: 111 bpm BP: 124/64 mmHg

Conclusions

Summary
Normal left ventricular size and systolic function.
Left ventricular ejection fraction is 55-60%.
There is Grade I left ventricular diastolic dysfunction.
The proximal ascending aorta is normal in size measuring 3.3 cm in
diameter.
Trace aortic regurgitation.
The aortic valve is not well visualized. There is mild aortic stenosis
(peak gradient 19 mmHg and mean gradient 10 mmHg).

I suffer from, dizziness/lightheaded, migraines, chest pains off and on, fast heart rate, I'm tired all the time, coughing, head rushes when I stand, anxiety, shortness of breath. This has been going on a little over a year and a half.
