hey. my name is Heidi. In the past 3 month I have been suffering from really bad migrains and they are getting worse, I have been to the doctor and all they seem to be doing is giving me Migralives. It comes on when there is a flash of light or i go into a different room that is brighter then the one i came from, iv been sick because of them, it feels like a dull brain freeze pain all the time and a constant pressure at the top of my head. my vision goes fuzzy and the pain gets worse when the migrains at full blast. they can come on in seconds and last anything from 5 mins 2 a full day. im absolutely warn out after one and it takes a while for the sickness to go. should i be worried or ask the doctor to do more?

hi I accidentally chopped off the tip of my finger with a hatchet yesterday I immediately applied pressure and ran and got some triple antibiotic ointment and gauze and applied it with firm pressure and taped it in place the gauze has stuck into the wound and has totally hardened like a fingernail and it is too painful to remove I am wondering if I should seek urgent care or if I can deal with this later

This describes the pain that I have: Brain freeze type feeling (very intense) that starts in my left neck area and moves to my teeth and across my face then down to my chest and below my breasts. The pain usually moves back up to my neck etc. - the same path before going away. Very painful. One time it lasted 6 minutes (which feels like a lifetime) then 1.5 months later it lasted more than 20 minutes. The longer episode happened about 1:30 am. I had eaten around 6ish and was asleep when it awoke me. Therefore I do not believe it is due to my digestion, or reflux or anxiety. I have always been in a relaxed state when it happens. Sitting up or in bed, but quiet and not stressed.
