I have what seems to be a flap of skin inside of my vaginal opening that has never been there before what could this be. A little back story I have had three children within the last 4 years and now have the mirena IUD. Have never felt this before when I have done self exams. Not sure if this is related but the last two days I have been nauseous dizzy and have gotten sick a few times. Also had a very severe headache and shaking the other day. When I felt for the strings of my iud I can still feel them however they are higher then normal. What is the flap and is the other symptoms possibly related or not. Please help. Also forgot to mention that I have had stomach pain also at times
