I have type 2 diabetes(for about 30 years) and began having sob on exeration which started about a week ago? Was in the hospital about 2 weeks ago for a episode of dizziness that almost resulted in a syncopal episode. EKG and tropoins were normal. I went to work out at the gym on Monday-did treadmill for about 30 minutes at 3.5 mph. Did have sob during and after the treadmill( which is rare for me). I do have a slight, nonproductive cough. What could be going on?
