I have type 2 diabetes controlled with oral medication 5 mg trajenta and 2.5 mg gyburide as well as genetic kidney impairment my last A1c reading was 6.2 taken on July 12 2015 I also take 20mg twice per day of a cupric for blood pressure control and kidney maintenance my work requires to two shifts per week 330 pm -12:00am and on call 12:00am -7:00am which does not allow me proper rest what is the effect on my diabetic condition from long term periods of improper rest?
