I have to be 21 days smoke free for my booking my surgery and have to do a nictione testing. All I know my surgeron does the three ways of blood urine and salvia but not sure what one she's going to do on me though. I quit 4 days ago but I have had 20 smokes since I quit but spaced them out a lot. I heard it takes 48 hours for saliva blood and urine get out of nictione out of system but takes 1-3 each to get out of fully I do drink water and eat oranges and such. I do have habit drinking pop and coffee but if I keep drinking water and eating oranges possible switch to green tea will I still pass? Or any advice would be great. What the surgery it is female to male top surgery and I want it done before winter hits. Or if I quit a week or two before surgery will I still pass it after I book my surgery? Struggling here
