Hi. My arms alternately and in different spots (right now the underpart of my upper left arm and the side of my left forearm) feel like they re being squeezed/pressed, a sensation similar to having my blood pressure measured. My BP runs slightly low (110/78 or so), which I inherited from my mom, who has fibromyalgia. This has been happening for a few days, and it seems to be getting worse. I m only 19 and have never had any physical health problems, except for fatigue, which therapists have told me is probably a symptom of depression. I also had a random small rash on my left arm last night, which is gone now. Does this sound like something I should get checked out, or am I probably OK?

Concerning my tingling hands, i have been told that it could be my nerves and have been advised to take vitamins b12, c and a supplement called kalm. Can you advise if this sounds right.

Hi, I have noticed that i am getting mild tingling in my hands when driving the car and holding the steering wheel. Also affects my right hand when using the mouse on the PC or when laying and reading a book with my hands elevated. Any help would be appreciated on what it might be. Thanks Steve Lond
