I have this thing where my skin crawls constantly . Since I can remember this has always happened to me... if I eachikks or warm food it gives me cold chills ..if someone touches me I get cold chills . It gets so bad that it affects my eating habits. I refrain from eating my food hot or sometimes not eating at all because of this. It gets so bad that I have to take steaming hot showers to just to get rid if them for a while. It is very uncomfortable for me and it drives me batty. Is this something medically wrong with me??? I need help because it gets worse and worse.
