I have this dull kinda frozen pain in my upper right arm when I try to sleep, or when I put on a jacket. I have to put my right arm in first or the pain becomes intense and. When I try to take my jacket off I cannot reach my right arm backward take my jacket off. My arm becomes stiff and I cannot bring it back forward without assistance. For the last couple of years I have slept with a small pillow under my arm to support it or sleep cuddling the pillow when I sleep on my left side. WTH is this condition and can I get some relief. I have tried 800mg of Ibuprofen at night and it eases the pain I have pain throughout the day and most of the time it feels like I have put a block of ice on it and it is ice cold.
