I have these itchy bumpy sores on both sides vulva they bleed bright red I used all products to keep clean and dry even got meds for std one week supply have vaginal cream now on vinegar rinsing after cleaning already changed laundry soap I am freezing also old 70 yrs we have not been sexually active for 25 yrs this smell is strong too mostly oozes at night cut my finger nails off so I don t scratch in my sleep also my hair on my head is coming out
