I have tethered acne scars on both my cheeks. They form dimples when i smile. My face looks asymmetrical when i laugh. The scars are very tethered. Should i undergo subcision. I still have mild acne. I want to reduce the tethering, it makes me so difficult to smile. Should i undergo subcision while i have 3-4 pimples. I really need to reduce the tethering, Because of it my smiles looks weird and also they form asymmetrical laugh lines. I really need a subcision. Also inform what will be its cost.
