I have tanned in a tanning bed on and off for yrs..just started this summer a wk n half ago..I'm using a tanning oil tanista that I've never used before and I've gotten a horrible rash on my chest, stomach and under breasts..it is so itchy and tingly I almost can't stand it and it's raised white-ish whelp looking bumps..could this be an allergic reaction to the tanning oil and what can I use for the itching
