I have swelling in my left foot that will not go away. Doctor had me on 80 mg lasix and 50 mg of mazide per day. My blood test results were BUN at 33 and Creatinine at 2.19. Doctor reduced lasix to 40 mg. I had another blood test today and the BUN was a 24 and Creatinine at 1.34. Question one: do you think the rise in numbers were just due to the lasix (was on 80 for 2 weeks) and Question two: Could kidney issues cause just 1 foot to swell and not go away? Thank you !
