I Have Suffered From Recurrent Yeast Infections And Bacterial Infections

I have suffered from recurrent yeast infections and bacterial infections since I was younger. I'm only 28 years old. I have had 3 second trimester miscarriages in the pass year in a half. I have been diagnosed with incompetent cervix. The last 2 pregnancies I had a preventative cerclage placed at 12 weeks and 11 weeks respectively. During my last pregnancy, my doctor performed a wet prep to check for vaginal infection because of the excess discharge. The exam came back negative but I still had a miscarriage and the placenta was infected with chorioamnionitis. My question is: Is there any hope for me? What can be done to balance my vaginal flora because antibiotics aren't working. What other infections could my doctor test for?
