I have spinal stenosis L4 & L5 which I manage with exercise, stretching and Aleve. I've experiences nerve tingling in my left leg and foot off and on for a few years. Now, I have the same tingling in my left arm and hand. I did have an abrupt pull on my left shoulder/neck when trying to manage a wheel chair and broken luggage early in December. My question is the nerve tingling in my arm ( starting in the cervical spine) another manifestation of the sciatic or another disc that is compressed or damaged?
