I have some unresolved dental work on the left side of my mouth. A temporary filling in a molar. I have just recently started to feel some pain in my jaw as well as some slight dizziness and blurred vision. My snot has also been smelling awful leading me to think that I have an abscess that has traveled into my sinuses. My main concern is that its spreading and working its way up obviously headed for my brain. I currently have no insurance and was wondering what my best course of action would be? I dont want to spend money that I dont have on a consult with a dentist or doctor that will just give me pain killers. Would an antibiotic help?
