I have some serious alcohol issues recently with my lever. I'm on again off again about every 2 months..When I take mt (2 per meal) it seems to help. 5 weeks ago I almost passed out, went the the hospital. They said I almost no potassium . Also needed 2 blood tranfusions. Dr sail 1 mt per day. That cleared up. went back in I"M sure for enlarged liver. Like 30 lbs over my usually slim self. They took 2 liters in 30 minutes/ Lost 17 lbs in 5 days . (feet were swollen too)Got out 7/11. Now back from168 to 39. ( but he won't let me take mt) what gives? On a good note threw all alchohol away and joined AA
