I have some questions to ask. For the past week i've been experiencing vomiting (but nothing comes out), headache, nausea, fatigue, tender and sensitive breasts and abdominal pain that when i lay down my sides will hurt upto my back. Yesterday was my first day of menstruation and that's when my back ached so much, the flow of my period wasn't too strong, like it's not even coming out (only when i urinate, that's when the blood flows too much) then just this day, i noticed a very tiny white tissue (that looks coiled) i dont know if it's a decidual cast. Is it a decidual cast? Why am i experiencing those symptoms? Why do i shed off such thing? Thank you.
