What Could Cause Severe Pain In The Hip Bones, Ankles And Lower Back?

I have severe pain that transfers from left to right hip in the bone and also in the muscle down to my ankles and in my lower back. Have had cortisone shots and been to doctor but haven t been able to diagnose can you please lead me in the right direction of what might be causing this

Hi,

Get an X-ray done for your lumbo sacral area in AP view. If not diagnosed with X-ray , an MRI might be needed. Based on your history, it seems neurological compression due to underlying bone pathology.
