I have severe arthritis in my back and have been using a regular heating pad for years. I lay on it often. I want to use a far infrared heating pad for 45 minutes maybe twice a day but at least once. I take warfarin and my protime is checked every 6 weeks, it never varies. I also take blood pressure meds. I currently use a shirt made with far infrared technology and it has helped a lot. Thank you.
