I have server shoulder pain. No rotated cup problem. I do suffer from rheumatoid arthritis and bout not due to uric acid. Have tried mild exercises, neuproxin 500m once/day and maloxicam 7.5m once/day. In the past 2008-2009 I had a peculiar bout similar to this shoulder pain in both ankles that had me I mobilized and in and out of the emergency room for three days. Gabapenatain 300m was recommend and may have helped. I have used cold/hot and creams. Still herts. Please advise
