I have sebo psoriasis. I am on topical steroid for my scalp and am currently taking Methotrexate/used once a week daily folic acid Also use prescription shampoo, ear drops and cream for skin. All presription. my regimen is on 2 weeks then off 2 weeks. 2 times now I have had results of the plagues coming off but it leaves the oil and skin on my hair...very difficult to get off. Each of these 2 times later as I floss and brush my teeth, this bacteria looking stuff has come out of my mouth. My question is if I have had psoriasis for many years without being treated is the crap that comes out of my mouth a result of the scalp psoriasis being systemic or in my blood and through out my body? I do not have any money. I paid another time can you look up my information. I have a DR. I will just wait and ask him if the stuff coming out of my mouth has anything to do with this being systemic
