I have questions about the kidneys. I have had a recent renal scan, it showed my left kidney at 19% and right at 81%, I have cysts appearing in both more so in the left side. I was told by my previous urologist not worry about the performance levels of kidneys. I had a blockage removed from the left ureter and a stent put in place for a period of 2 months and removed in December of 2017 ,after the levels we returned to normal. Now levels are dropping once again. The latest information given to me in meeting with old urologist was this performance of kidneys will vary. I am bleeding from time to time. I getting to meet with a new doctor and specialist in the kidney issues. I would like to mention my father died of polycystic kidney disease.
