I have pain almost like a muscle strain in my right lower lung radiating to the middle of my back. It doesn't hurt to touch; it hurts just sitting here or if I move a certain way. About 5 years ago had PUlmonary embolism and have been on blood thinner. I can't tell if this is a strained muscle or something more serious. These symptoms are different from my PE. Any suggestions on what it could be?
