I have numbness on the tops of the upper parts of my legs, numbness running down the side of my right arm, numbness and tingling in the first two fingers of my left hand. I have been very healthy until now. I asked my dr for Lyrica (I was having head-to-toe pain). He had no idea what my problem was, but approved the Lyrica, which helped with the overall pain. I still had intense pain in my shoulder for several days. In addition to the Lyrica, I used electrodes and a heating pad on the shoulder. The pain eventually went away. Do I have fibromyalgia (sp??) and/or peripheral neuropathy? I eat pretty good (I live alone) and have a glass of wine sometimes but no other alcohol.
