I have noticed if I sleep with my left leg bent at he knee my foot all the way past my knee goes to sleep. I hae to sleep with it straight. Should I be worried about this? I wake up and have to get it moving. I feel no sensation until I get it moving and it feels like when your foot goes to sleep just all the way up past the knee. This has happened to my arm too. Thank you
