I have no certain time of bowel movements. I may go everyday for a week or so, but generally this is not the case. I generally go once to twice a week. I have not went now for 12 days. I am starting to become a little concerned. I have had bouts of much gas where I think I might go but then don't. I had a colonoscopy about a year ago which was normal. I am having no pain at this time. I had an episode about 12 days ago where I did have pain and had a very hard time going. I sat on the toilet for approximately several hours before finally going. The following day my stomach hurt and had some loose stools at that time. That was the last time that I went. What do you recommend?
