I have neck and chest pain. Could i have heart disease ?
I am a 27 year old female. I have had a pain in my neck for a week or so now that shows up out of nowhere, and have also had random chest pains. Could i have heart disease , blood clot or a heart attack?

At your age, neck pains are mostly postural in origin. You can try some neck exercises to get rid of it. But any other disease cannot be ruled out. So, if you have a doubt then go for a detailed checkup by physician.
