I Have Mid And Lower Back Pain, Neck Stiffness, Dragging

I have mid and lower back pain, neck stiffness, dragging right leg pain and numbness/pins and needles in my right arm. I often feel dizzy and sometimes have a pinching pain in the top of my head. This is combined with digestive problems, bloating and fatigue. I also suffer with inverse psoriasis which appears to be worsening. My bloods and x-rays have been taken a few times recently but they seem to reveal nothing, nor do the ultrasounds. I have been admitted to different hospitals on several prior occasions with similar symptoms - I usually get discharged as they say they don't know what the problem is (one occasion revealed a build up of fluid in the uterus though they couldn't say why, another 'suspected ovarian cysts', one consultant told me I had 'groin strain'!)? I am female and 45 years old. Appreciate your advice it's quite debilitating!
