I Have Lower Back Pain, Constantly. Have Deep Pain In

I have lower back pain, constantly. Have deep pain in the buttocks occasionally and down leg to ankle, have extreme pain in both lower hip joints (where hip joins to leg) and in both upper legs have had (only one time in each upper leg, close to joint) "electrical" type pains that lead to numbness. This hip pain is all the time and really hurts when I walk. I will find myself "waddling" sometimes to make it quit. Skin is still numb on both sides. Now when I stand to cook, or even just stand, have much lower back pain and my left leg will go extremely numb (even deep tissue numb) from that hip joint to my knee. After I sit, when I try to stand my tailbone hurts extremely bad, also pain in both knees. Right now I am also having issues of much "fullness" in stomach. I still feel like I have just eaten when I wake up in the mornings as I did when I went to bed at night. Have started a lot of burping and belching--which I have never done before.
