I Have Loss Of Cervical Lordosis Owing To Muscle Spasm.

I have loss of cervical lordosis owing to muscle spasm. Treatment has been going on for 15 days with muscle relaxants and ant-inflammatory drugs mobic and mydocalm. Together with that I have been to physio therapy sessions (2 only). And I am doing regular exercise. I never had much pain in the neck at all. It was majorly pain and numbness in the left arm. The numbness and pain are now much better. However, the other 2 symptoms tinnitus and vertigo seem to have gotten worse. Please help me. Should I see an ENT. are these coming from a different disease... The doctor says that dizziness is fine. But he is confused about the tinnitus which he feels should not be a symptom. Also I feel that somehow the blood flow to my brain has reduced owing to this and sometimes a
