I have knee pain in the lower parts around the ligament from the bottom of my knee cap and the shin. And then both inner and outer ligaments/ tissue is tender to the touch and I also have stretching/burning pain at the top of my knee cap and that same tendon. I also get some stabbing' stretching , and tingling in the back of my knee. What do yo think? Oh and some catching on the inner side on the knee and pulling/stretching on the outer
