I Have History Or Esophageal Area Pain With Subsequent Cholecystectomy

I have history or esophageal area pain with subsequent cholecystectomy in 2014 for few gallstones and elevated liver enzymes. Prior to chole I had 2 EGDs to assess for cause for which they found none but dilated my esophagus. MD always felt pain was from my gallbladder. Taking protonix for 4 years
Last night had same midsternal chest pain but it radiated to my jaw. Lasted 1 hour, a lot longer than usual and it never went to jaw before.
Went to primary today just to cover bases and he said I had some ekg changes. Sent to cardiologist and he did normal EST and said EKG came BACK to normal. He said sometimes esophageal spasms or problems with muscuature in that area can cause ekg changes. Been a nurse for 25 years, on cardiac and trauma unit and never heard this???
