I have headaches, nauseousness, faintness. What could be the reason?

I often feel like my heart is beating either extremely fast or slow (I checked my pulse once and it was really slow) I get head aches that are similar to migranes, sometimes I feel like fainting , and I often feel nauseous. I am the MVP of my school s wrestling team so i wouldn t think of my self as having a weak or frail body. I m 15 this has been going on for a few years but my parents don t believe me. Any ideas? I wrestle at a wheight class higher than mine so i don t have to starve myself so make the weight cut off. So I thought there was a chance I could be pregnant since me and my boyfriend havent been using any forms of birth control and my last period was late and really short but now my period for this month is late too but all the hpt s I took came up negative and I just had this feeling that I might be cuz I keep getting nauseous randomly and headaches all the time and I ll get crazy tired out of nowhere and be fine in a couple hours plus im super moody and nothing I do seems to help but I went and got a blood test done and it came up negative so I wasnt to worried but I still felt pregnant so I took another hpt like a week later and it was negative for about 10-12 minutes and got very faintly positive but theres no way I could be since the blood test was negative right?

I think I may be pregnant, but am uncertain so, I would like your input. I took a pregnancy test two weeks ago, it was false but it almost looked like a faint hint of a second line was there. Not enough for me to be certain. The reason I am uncertain is because I ve had bleeding. My last two periods (start dates of 12/26 and 1/24) were unusual. I spotted (I haven t spotted before) before my period, had 1-2 days of what I d call my normal period, then spotted after. I ve spotted here and there in between those two periods. My husband & I have had unprotected sex during this time, but are not actively trying to get pregnant. The reasons I m even questioning whether I may be pregnant or not are because I have been feeling very fatigued, nauseous and getting headaches behind my eyes for nearly two months. Just four days ago, I finally felt near my normal self, but have felt the symptoms with less intensity the past few days. I ve felt cramp like feeling in my back and a hardness and tightening feeling in my abdomen recently (within the past week or so). This doesn t feel like muscle tightening. I m pretty fit and small and have felt firming of my abdomen due to exercise. This feels internal. I ve felt a swirly feeling in my lower abdomen for a few weeks now. Some of it has felt like gas, but some of it feels like butterflies. It is important to note that I have a disease called Cystic Fibrosis, which causes GI complications, but these stomach feelings feel different and my GI complications have been minimal. Also, I am 25 years old and very active (could this attribute to strange periods?). What do you suggest I do? I have an appointment scheduled with my obgyn already.
