I have had severe nerve burning pain in my breast area for a couple years now I develop a constant muscle twitching in my right breast when I rub the center of my sternum the pain goes away a little bit. Also when I like massage my breast area it helps the pain go away a little bit. when any clothes touch my breast area it feels like it is on fire. I have to keep rubbing the area in order to make the pain go away a bit I also get light-headed and dizzy. I feel like there is a band wrapped around my chest under my arms and back
