I have had pvcs for 40 years, 63 yo female. I've had all the tests. Normal heart. No arterial buildup. I can have a weekend where I hike, bike, etc. and feel great. Pretty much no pvcs. Then as soon as I go back to work on Monday, they are back with a vengeance. I don't understand this. I do not have a stressful job. I drink little caffeine, take mag, pot, coenzyme Q-10. But I get into a vicious cycle of the more pvcs the more stress the more stress the more pvcs. How do I get out of this cycle?
