What Can I Do About Constant Fluid Drainage From The Knee After Four Knee Surgeries?

I have had four knee surgeries since November 21 2017. Currently the doctor I have is out of ideas why my knee is still draining In July I found out I was allergic to nickel. The doctor went in on the 28th of August and replaced my knee again. It is still drained every week 45 to 55 cc of fluid and has never cleared up . Currently I believe I am over 3000 cc of fluid drained from the right knee any ideas what we can do? There is no signs it is going to stop soon.

Hello,

Ibuprofen can help reduce the fluid in your knee. It is also necessary performing fluid analysis to exclude other possible causes.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
