I Have Had A Problem Tooth In The Lower Right

I have had a problem tooth in the lower right jaw which is crowned. I have had this for a few years and the dentist says there is nothing wrong. I also have severe pain in my upper arm which keeps me awake and this has been going on for a long time. A scan revealed mild tendonitis and I was offered painkillers. There is nothing mild about this pain and on returning to the doctor, have been offerede physiotherapy. This has not yet started two months on. I live in Spain and am 75 years old.
