I Have Had A Persistent Strong, Not Migraine But Close,

I have had a persistent strong, not migraine but close, headache, I think it is sinusitis but it does not go away. When I cough occasionally it feels like my head will explode. I am taking Tylenol sinus and it helps but I have to take it every four hours or the pain becomes very hard to deal with and function. Should I be checked for something else?
