I Have Had A Mastectomy On July 30, Then On

I have had a mastectomy on July 30, then on August 6 I had an emergency op to clear out a
huge hematoma from a burst blood vessel. Last Monday night I got 2 units of blood to raise my
hemo from 75 to 100 or so. I was told to stop the antibiotic 2 days early (my second week on it)
because of histamine reaction. I have been taking acidophilus and yogurt, but still have a burning
sensation in my vagina. I do not have any discharge, smell or UTI symptoms. I had a 3T in quart
of water douche on Wed PM and it helped, better on Thursday, but on Friday PM it was back. Did another douche. Pretty OK today until 3 PM. I am wearing no panties under a thin skirt, keeping it aired out and cool .
Is this a side effect of operations and/or blood transfusions? What should I do? I am avoiding sugar
and had 1/2 English muffin today for carb. Oatmeal + yoghurt; pasta/chicken alfredo for lunch w/lettuce.
I am 72 but in excellent health otherwise. Take thyroid for meds. Occasional zipoclone + lorazapam.
Drinking lots of water! Have good bowel movements.

Should I take another douche so soon? Using something else? Try an OTC medication?
