I have had a lung congestion with phlegm for a couple weeks. Also, nasal congestion with a lot of mucus. The phlegm from my lungs has been primarily white to yellowish. The nasal mucus has been clear to light green. This started about the same time as the local corn harvest. The sinus problem seems to be controlled with antihistamines and decongestants but it is ongoing. The chest congestion has been going on longer than I have ever had in the past. I only cough when I get wheezy breathing in order to get the phlegm up. A few days ago I coughed so much that I feel like a pulled a rib muscle on my lower right side.
