I Have Got Four Episodes Of Panic Headache. What Are The Remedies For It ?

Respected sir, I have got four episodes of panic headache in a week before during which i feel that my arms and legs are not responding at all, and also my blood pressure got raised by 130/90 and i felt suffocation which is unbearable.

You should consult a psychiatrist. There are medicines available to control the panic attacks and also the severity of it. So rush to a doctor.
