I have extreme fatigue, which has become more pronounced in the last few years . Seven months ago after emergencey surgery I developed lesions on my thighs , upper back ,and a few on my deltoid area . Could this be lupus related? I have yearly physicals, but have not been honest about how I have felt over the years. I am a nurse and I know better! My problem is now I have retired and have no insurance yet . Do you have any suggestions?
