I Have Experienced Several Concussions. In Some Cases, I Had

I have experienced several concussions. In some cases, I had amnesia, was out cold for periods of time, could not read or write and most of the other symptoms described in your info. My doctor thought I had severe anxiety disorder and depression. Most people thought I was crazy or inebriated when they talked to me. Finally, he said I had been repeatedly hospitalized for what he calls Closed Head Concussions. I've had 4 eye surgeries and other physical injuries like back, neck, total knee surgery and bones in my hand removed. These occurred due to continued falls. It has been about 7 years now and I am better able to communicate. Other symptoms have become more pronounced such as lack of coordination and fatigue. I just read about Motor Neuron Disease and believe it relates to me. Should I see a Neurologist? I am living on SSDI. In my past, I graduated with Honors in Economics and Education from CU and worked successfully in my career. I just wish I had received help sooner for my children's sakes.
