I have developed a tumor under my wisdom teeth: surgery

I have developed a tumor under my wisdom teeth: surgery is recommended to remove it and also to strengthen the jaw bone and implant the teeth.

1. Any specific risks associated with scraping to remove ameloblastoma?

2.     Does ameloblastom come back even after scraping, any negative impact of this? Any precautions suggested?

3.     Can scraping be done 2 -3 times in years to come (if needed)?
4.     Can teeth be implanted, and jaw bone be strengthened after scraping?

Hi, I missed my period last month post Wisdom Teeth surgery. I ve had my period since the last time I had sex, but not since my surgery. I m due next week, so I m hoping for the best. Is it possible to skip periods? I had the surgery, and went off my birth control meds at the same time. It was a rather stressful surgery, and I was on a lot of pain medication afterward for about a week. Would these circumstances explain the skipped cycle or am I pregnant somehow? I haven t had any pregnancy symptoms. What sorts of illnesses coincide with missed periods? I haven t felt sick at all.

I had 4 wisdom teeth taken out 5 years ago, 3 were impacted. The following day of surgery It was infected horribly. my entire face was swollen to the point i couldt open my lips . EVER since, But not prior to, I have had constant pain and sorenes on both sides of my neck just behind jaw bone close to ear, and under my chin on both sides. After the surgery once infected the dentist gave me antibiotics, following a year later my doctor said maybe there was some infection lingering or something with my nodes. could the infection have damaged my muscle or lymphnoids?

I had all four wisdom teeth removed 5 days ago. I no longer have any pain from the surgery. All of the swelling has gone down except for a huge golf ball size lump that developed in my lower left cheek. The lump is heavy , hard, and tender to the touch. Teeth and gums seemed to have healed up just fine. What is this huge lump? It is causing much discomfort. How do I get the swelling to go down and knot to dissolve??
